On Oct 11, 1996, Sam Collora of Mt. Pleasant, Iowa owner of AMERICAN OUTDOORS®, Inc. the maker of Mrs. Doe Pee's Buck Lures,
arrowed the highest scoring typical whitetail buck ever entered into the Buckmasters Whitetail Trophy Record book for
compound bow.
Sam used 25 years of whitetail hunting experience and a bottle of his own Mrs. Doe Pee's Fresh Doe/Estrus
Blended Urine to indelibly etch his name into the records.

On Nov. 14, 2003, first time bow hunter, 16 year old Brian Andrews of Independence Iowa, arrowed a new non-typical Iowa
state record, and according to North American Whitetail Brians awesome buck was also the NO. 2 bow-harvested whitetail
of 2003.
Tragically on June 18th of this year, this awesome trophy was stolen from the Andrews home. There is a $5000 reward
offered for the return of this magnificent trophy. If you have any information concerning this theft please call the

NEW WORLD RECORD!
Also taken in Iowa in 2003 was the Lovstuen buck. This buck was previously known as the famous Albia buck.
On Sept. 29, 2003, 15 year old Tony Lovstuen used a muzzleloader to harvest the largest whitetail buck ever taken by
a hunter. With a score of 319 4/8 the Lovstuen buck has become the new world record by muzzleloader and the new Iowa
Non-Typical State record.
